We're considering buying 2 server licenses, but I'm a bit concerned about the level of activity on this forum, and more specifically at the number of questions that seem to go unanswered by the vendor.

Further, I sent an email asking for assistance in purchasing those licenses, and have yet to hear back from anyone. I have a technical issue with my evaluation install, and I'm not hopeful that I can get it resolved at this level of support.

Is anyone home?
