I want everyone to know that I have been trying to contact this company's support for 3 days now!!!!! NO RESPONSE FROM THESE PPL>!!!!. My company spent 500. What 00 on this software and i cant even get their support to answer me.! DO NOT purchase anything from this company! But I guess thats what you get when you buy something from a company with no phone number!

Have you checked your spam filters? How about your ISP's spam filters? Were you this harsh in your emails?

These people have been very prompt when supporting my company. I suggest you be a little more patient and check your filters.

We checked and found out that we replied this customer on the next day we received their support request (November, 20th). Several days later we received a message from them telling that they had not received our reply so we resent it again.
meatydojo, In case you still haven't received a response from us, let us know in this thread and we'll post the response here as well.
