This message usually indicates some problem with Printer Spooler service. For example, you can experience it when this service is stopped and Print2Flash Installation cannot start it. Please check if Print Spooler service is started on your computer in this way:
1. Go to Control Panel, click Administrative Tools and then – Services
2. Locate Print Spooler service in the list and check if it has Started text in Status column
3. If it is not started, right click the service record and choose Start option
4. If Start option is unavailable, choose Properties and then – Automatic in Startup Type dropdown list. Then click Start button
5. After Print Spooler is started, try to install Print2Flash again.
