Timeout/Print2Flash Stays Open

I am running in Server Mode and running a bat file from ColdFusion ... p2fServer.exe c:\Inetpub\PIO_TEMP\%1 c:\Inetpub\PIO_TEMP\%2 /CreateLogFile:on /LogFileName:test.log

I would say 95% of the time everything works great. However I will see a random word doc not convert to swf automatically. If I login as the user the service is running as I will see the Print2Flash Application open and sitting there. Usually it just opens, saves and closes. I have tried to make the default for .doc be open office as well and no luck. I end up saving the .doc as .pdf and it works.

Any idea why this would be so random and any work around?
