Error using php sample....

i tried using the php - sample provided to automate print2flash.My servver is a wamp5 server.
I am getting the following error even after following the instruction given in the readme accompanying the sample:
- 403 Forbidden:
"You don't have permission to access /Converter/< on this server."....
Converter is the folder containing php - sample code in www - directory of wamp server.
How can i resolve this issue....?
