Do you expose an API that allows to add a custom logo to the toolbar? If not, is it in your product roadmap to allow for this?

Current version of Print2Flash does not allow changing logo on the toolbar. This feature is currently in development.
At the present junction your option is to embed a Print2Flash document into another web page or Flash movie with your buttons and logo and control the document with these buttons using Document API. An example of doing this from web page can be found at
http://print2flash.com/samples/sample4.php A Flash example can be found in Print2Flash SDK which can be downloaded from
http://print2flash.com/download.php (the sample is located in DocumentAPI\Samples folder of SDK archive).

I appreciate the prompt response.
You said this is currently in development and my question is when will this feature be released and available?

That is great news!
I have a question though . . . Will the end user be allowed to click on the logo in which the URL is configurable and/or exposed through an API?
