To turn off the entire toolbar you need to clear all interface option checkboxes in the Document Options window

Print2Flash toolbar includes only the buttons and controls shown at this help page: http://print2flash.com/help/PrintedDocInterface.php It is this toolbar that you can remove by clearing all interface option checkboxes in the Document Options window.
