onLoaded event is fired when the document viewer is loaded but document pages may not be available yet. As pages become available, onPageLoaded events are fired. The debug flash player gives you this error. Just run the .swf file itself to avoid it. It would be nice if Print2Flash informed users of this major malfunction better! Or better yet, fixed it.
