It seems not to be a problem related to Print2Flash. It is a problem related to your application and particularly your DocumentViewer.asp web script. We checked this page: http://blabal/blabal/blabla.pdf/DocumentViewer.asp but it seems there is no Flash content in it. You may pass an additional parameter to the LoadPrint2FlashDoc function which denotes the parent of the Print2Flash document movie. Please check if Print2Flash Document API is enabled when converting documents with Print2Flash. To enable it, you need to clear Disable Print2Flash Document API Support option in the Protection Tab of Document Options window.

DocArea is a reference to a standard ScrollPane component instance located inside the Print2Flash document. It is used to display the document in a scrollable area.

Please check what is said in the About window of the Print2Flash application. Does it say that product is Registered or Unregistered?
