Make sure that special processing method is turned on. You may do it by setting the UseAutomation property of BatchProcessingOptions object like this:

Your watermark path format seems to be correct. However, if you set WatermarkTransparency to 255, the image will be fully transparent, and hence not visible. Try to set the transparency level to 0.
