Bug with HAND cursor

I've found a bug with the hand (drag) cursor when placing the p2f clip to the right side of the screen. It only seems to be a bug in AS3. I've duplicated it in the docapisample.fla

Open the AS3 docapisample.fla and change the stage width to 1280 in publish settings.
In the line that creates the Print2FlashDoc, set the x to 550.
Debug test publish and move the pointer over the doc from left to right.

The hand gets stuck about x=615. The functionality is not affected, but the normal cursor remains invisible and the hand is frozen at about x=615.
