Adjusting Button Colors
If you are not satisfied with default toolbar button colors, they can be adjusted to a certain extent. This feature is available only for Flash documents. This can be accomplished in two ways:
- You may choose a predefined color scheme for some built-in skins. This predefined scheme list is contained in Preset dropdown box of the Colors Tab of Skin Properties window. If no predefined schemes are available, this list is empty but you still can adjust colors manually as described below.
- You may adjust colors manually using Colors Tab of Skin Properties window.
This technique allows tuning button colors but only to a certain extent. If you want more control over colors or even change button images, you need to create a new skin and design button graphic images yourself as described in Changing Button Images using Skins topic.
At programmatic conversion the colors can be adjusted:
- with ColorAdjustment property of Skin object if using Print2Flash OLE Automation API. This property accepts a color adjustment string which is displayed in the Color Adjustment field of Colors Tab of Skin Properties window when adjusting colors manually;
- with /ColorAdjustment option if using Enhanced Batch Processing.
