The height of the toolbar is fixed in the document viewer design so you cannot change it. However, you may design your own document viewer with any toolbar you wish as described in this help topic: http://print2flash.com/help/DesigningDocumentViewer.php

Please check if Print2Flash Document API is enabled when converting documents with Print2Flash. To enable it, you need to clear Disable Print2Flash Document API Support option in the Protection Tab of Document Options window.

DocArea is a reference to a standard ScrollPane component instance located inside the Print2Flash document. It is used to display the document in a scrollable area.

Yes, this is due to non-Latin characters in your name. Please send us a support request using the Contact Us link above stating your order number and the name you wish your license to be registered to and we'll issue you a correct license.

Your problem is rather peculiar. Please send the registration name and the key you enter to our support e-mail so that we could check it.

Please check what is said in the About window of the Print2Flash application. Does it say that product is Registered or Unregistered?

Did you enter your registration information by selecting "Enter Registration Key" from the “All Programs/Print2Flash 3†submenu of Windows start menu and entering your registration user name and the key? You may need to restart your computer after key entry.

Try to set a web URL starting with "http://" rather than a local path. Does Help button work in this case?
