Protection Tab of Document Options Window

Protection tab of Document Options window lets you protect the converted document from certain operations that can be done to it by document viewers. See Restricting Access to Documents for more information.

Protection Options group

The top group of controls allows you to control several protection options:

• Disable Printing - disables document printing so that the document cannot be printed by document viewers. When this options is on, no Print button is shown in the converted document interface even if the respective option is turned on in the Interface tab;
• Disable Text Copying By User - disables selecting and copying text through clipboard from the document by document viewers. When this option is on, no Select Text button is shown in the converted document interface even if the respective option is turned on in the Interface tab;
• Disable Text Copying With Document API - disables copying text from the document with Document API's getSelectedText function.
• Disable Print2Flash Document API support - disables support for Print2Flash Document API in the converted document. You should clear this option if you want to access the Print2Flash document programmatically. Note that using Print2Flash Document API from Flash is only partially disabled.

Domain Check list

Here you may setup the domains (sites) from which generated Flash documents are allowed to be viewed. If a protected document is viewed from a domain not present in this list, the document will not be shown. Thus you may "link" your documents to your site without a possibility to view them from other sites or disk. See Restricting Access to Documents for more information.

To add a domain to this list, you need to type a domain name in the edit box shown below the list and click Add button.

To edit a domain record in the list, select the record in the list, edit the domain name in the edit box below and click Replace button.

To delete a domain record from the list, select the record in the list and click Delete button.
